PDGA Leagues at DF Buchmiller

Last week we posted a question to the LAFS Facebook Group asking if there would be interest in having the option to sanction your round during league nights at Buchmiller. All of the responses indicated that this is something everyone would be interested in. The LAFS council held a vote this morning which was approved. Starting tomorrow we will be providing PDGA sanctioning for league nights at Buchmiller, and continuing PDGA leagues at Roland Park. What does this mean? If you're a PDGA member (or will be in the near future), you can choose to have your round sanctioned with the PDGA. We will submit your raw score to the PDGA as a part of our league, and it will count toward your player rating and points. The process is very similar to how a multiple round PDGA tournament is reported, except it lasts for a few weeks. You do not need to be at every round, and you won't be penalized if you miss a round. The cost to have your round sanctioned with the PDGA is $1. So if you wish to have your round sanctioned it will cost you a total of $6 to play on Tuesday nights. Sanctioning your round is completely optional! In most cases the scores are uploaded to the PDGA that very night, so you'll know your round rating right away.

We already provide the option to sanction your round at Roland Park on Thursday nights. Thursday night rounds are $1 and are played for Tags. If you choose to sanction your round the total cost is $2.

If you have any questions, please feel free to send us a message in the Questions & Comments section on the right of this page.
